The Beijing Customs Declaration Association held a work conference on the demonstration units of the "Standard for Agency Customs Declaration Services"

  In the review of the first batch of national standard implementation demonstration units of the Customs Declaration Service Specifications of the China Customs Brokers Association, eight member enterprises of the Beijing Customs Brokers Association won the honor. They are: Yuntong Anda, Kerry Datong, ordinate, Beijing Yongcheng Shijia, Jinhaijie, Shunfeng Express, Zhongbao International, Huajinshengyuan. In order to further effectively implement the Service Standards and fully leverage the leading role of demonstration enterprises, the Beijing Customs Declaration Association held the first batch of work exchange meetings for demonstration units on December 4, 2020.

The attendees of this work conference include Wang Jijun, leader of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association, Yu Guosheng, Vice President of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association, Feng Na, Deputy Secretary General, Zhao Xuemin, Director of the Office, and the heads of the first eight demonstration units.

At the symposium, the eight first demonstration units spoke one by one on the measures, progress, effectiveness, problems, and suggestions of implementing the "Service Standards" in their respective enterprises.

聽取各企業(yè)代表發(fā)言后，副會長余國勝首先肯定了各示范單位在落實《服務(wù)規(guī)范》中所做的各項工作，他表示，各企業(yè)應(yīng)持續(xù)開展對《服務(wù)規(guī)范》的深入培訓(xùn)，認(rèn)真領(lǐng)會《服務(wù)規(guī)范》的精髓，要充分與企業(yè)的實際工作相結(jié)合，并大膽創(chuàng)新，做到行業(yè)有要求、企業(yè)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，落實有措施，使企業(yè)各項工作有條不紊進(jìn)行。

會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)王繼軍在總結(jié)講話中表示，感謝各單位積極參加《規(guī)范》示范工作，肯定各單位在示范工作中的好經(jīng)驗、好做法。如嘉里大通公司以集團(tuán)公司牽頭各分公司參加，成立示范工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，加強(qiáng)對示范工作的統(tǒng)一組織推動。永誠世佳公司組織《規(guī)范》的全員培訓(xùn)和考核，確保學(xué)習(xí)效果。錦海捷亞公司把《規(guī)范》的要求和AEO、ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)合起來對公司的規(guī)章制度進(jìn)行修定，使之同時適應(yīng)三項制度的要求。在肯定前一階段工作的同時，進(jìn)一步提出三點意見：一是各企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要高度重視《服務(wù)規(guī)范》的示范工作，親自參與，親自過問，作為“一把手”工程抓落實；二是要把《服務(wù)規(guī)范》的培訓(xùn)考核與企業(yè)員工的績效考核相結(jié)合，做到全員知曉、全員參與；三是要把企業(yè)內(nèi)部的各項作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相融合，認(rèn)真梳理、修訂、完善企業(yè)的各項規(guī)章制度，建立一套完全能夠經(jīng)得起工作考驗的管理制度，使其成為助推企業(yè)發(fā)展的利器。

       通過會議交流，八家示范單位學(xué)習(xí)了兄弟企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗，明確了努力方向，架起了溝通橋梁，大家一致表示要繼續(xù)認(rèn)真落實《服務(wù)規(guī)范》，做到知行合一，充分起到示范單位的引領(lǐng)作用。

       北京報關(guān)協(xié)會希望通過此次會議，使各示范單位充分認(rèn)識到落實《規(guī)范》的重要性，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落實《規(guī)范》的要求，使企業(yè)可以不斷從中受益，從而帶動更多的企業(yè)加入到示范單位的行列中來，共同攜手促進(jìn)北京報關(guān)行業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。
