The Beijing Customs Declaration Association held a work meeting for the first batch of demonstration units for the implementation of the national standard "Standard for Agency Customs Declaration Services"

In the review of the first batch of national standard implementation demonstration units of the Customs Declaration Service Specifications of the China Customs Brokers Association, the Beijing Customs Brokers Association has a total of 8 member enterprises on the list. They are: Yuntong Anda, Kerry Chase, Jinhai Jieya, ordinate, Yongcheng Shijia (Beijing), SF Express, Zhongbao International, and Huajinshengyuan. In order to further effectively implement the Service Standards and fully leverage the exemplary role of outstanding enterprises, the Beijing Customs Declaration Association held the first batch of demonstration unit work meetings on August 18, 2020.

The attendees of this work conference include Wang Jijun, leader of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association, Yu Guosheng, Vice President of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association, and the heads of the first eight demonstration units. The symposium was chaired by Feng Na, Deputy Secretary General of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association.

In accordance with the requirements of the China Customs Brokers Association for the implementation of the national standard of the Customs Brokers Service Specification, the Beijing Customs Brokers Association specially formulated the Implementation Plan for the Work of Demonstration Units, which was distributed to 8 demonstration units at the symposium.

At the symposium, Yu Guosheng, Vice President of the Beijing Customs Declaration Association, announced the establishment of a "Demonstration Unit Work Leadership Group", with Wang Jijun as the leader, Secretary General Yu Guosheng, and Deputy Secretary General Feng Na as deputy leaders. The members of the leadership group are jointly composed of the leaders in charge of eight demonstration units. Subsequently, President Yu conveyed and explained in detail the "Management Measures for Demonstration Units" of the China Customs Association, and read out the "Implementation Plan for Demonstration Unit Work" of the Beijing Customs Association. He emphasized that in order to ensure the effective implementation of the plan, each demonstration unit is required to conduct systematic learning and training on the "Service Standards", and conduct comparative inspections and improvements based on relevant work content, operating procedures, and rules and regulations.

The 8 demonstration units unanimously expressed their commitment to not betraying the trust of the Customs Declaration Association, taking the implementation of the "Service Standards" as their own responsibility, conscientiously organizing learning and training, and establishing regulations in accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Plan", truly taking the "Service Standards" as a daily work code, integrating knowledge and action, and effectively implementing them.

The Beijing Customs Declaration Association hopes to fully leverage the leading role of demonstration units through this conference, drive more Beijing enterprises to join the ranks of demonstration units, and work together to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the customs declaration industry.
