Five local customs and enterprises work together to assist in the smooth clearance of goods

On February 15th, Boyue Jincheng International Logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. received a commission from the Beijing Charity Association that a batch of materials donated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government of South Korea will arrive at Yantai Port by sea on February 16th, requesting assistance in handling customs clearance procedures. The Seoul Metropolitan Government of South Korea has donated epidemic prevention materials to four friendly cities/provinces, namely Beijing, Chongqing, Jilin Province, and Sichuan Province. It is necessary to handle tax exemption and customs clearance procedures separately with the customs in four places. After urgent negotiations in several places, five customs declaration agents will start the operation separately.

On the morning of February 16th, Boyue Jincheng International Logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. took the lead in preparing the declaration documents for receiving materials in Beijing. With the strong support and coordination of Beijing Customs, they made an online declaration to the Capital Airport Customs, and the customs immediately approved it. On the afternoon of February 16th at 4 o'clock, the ship arrived at Yantai Port, and at the same time, the manifest information and cargo handling information were completed. The data was verified to be correct, and the goods were automatically released. Boyue Jincheng International Logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was the first to complete the customs clearance of Beijing materials.

On February 17th, Chongqing Anjie International Transport Agency Co., Ltd. completed the declaration for receiving rescue supplies in Chongqing; Beijing Baotong International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. Changchun Branch has completed the declaration for receiving rescue supplies in Jilin Province; Jinghong International Logistics (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. has completed the declaration for receiving rescue supplies in Sichuan Province; Shandong Kailang International Freight Co., Ltd. cooperates in customs clearance and release at Yantai Port. Five customs clearance agencies from five cities and five local customs have worked together to fulfill their respective responsibilities, achieving coordinated cooperation among the five regions and ten parties, ensuring the smooth and fast clearance of Seoul City Government aid materials!
